• Summaries and categorizations generated by AI
• Billing information via Stripe (we do not store card details)

• Sync your data to Notion and Gmail labels
• Manage subscriptions and billing
• Improve and maintain the service

3. Third-Party Services

InboxMind integrates with third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google Gmail API / OAuth
• Make.com automation platform
• OpenAI for AI processing
• Notion API (optional features)
• Stripe for billing
• Supabase for authentication & account data

4. Data Storage

We store user profile data in Supabase. We do not store full email bodies — email processing happens via Make.com and OpenAI.

5. Your Rights

You may request account deletion, export of your data, or correction of stored information by contacting support.
