InboxMind operates on a subscription basis. Payments are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

- You experienced a technical issue that prevented using the service.
- A duplicate charge occurred.
Refunds are not provided for cases where the service was used successfully but did not meet personal expectations.
